IT CAN'T BE APRIL!

 

I have some shoveling to do!

Just when I had all my front steps back, sigh.

 

 

I hauled some things over from my mom's house and just backed up to my front door.  Barely got unloaded when the snow hit, so just left my truck where it was instead of parking it on the street out front. 

 

I think parking in my yard is better than parking on the street and getting plowed in by the blade!  At least the guy they have now has left me a little wiggle room.  The one they had before used to pack my vehicle in as tight as possible when I had to park on the street!  See, I don't have a driveway or garage, so it's either the street or the alley, and the street's closer to my door.  But not as close to my door as I'm parked NOW!  *Wry chuckle*  The good news is that UNDER my truck is pretty clear.  Won't have to shovel THERE!

 

This guy in the loader is clearing snow, carrying it to big piles away from Main Street.  Wish he'd take mine too!

 

I think I'll park in my yard all winter this year.

It's APRIL? 

 

Funny, it feels like OCTOBER!  Or maybe November.  Or December.  Or January.  Or February. 

 

IT CAN'T BE APRIL. 

 

And there's that dang biscuit back on my table in the courtyard, TOO!  Y'know, there have been times we could see the grass in our yards by this time of the year.  Really.
